The facility, which was developed by Willow Tree Development, LLC. and built by Berghammer Corporation is a LEED certified “green” building and was designed specifically for BuySeasons, Inc., operator of BuyCostumes.com, the world’s largest Internet based Party and Halloween Company. The new facility is located at 5915 S. Moorland Road in New Berlin Wisconsin.

BuyCostumes.com expects to ship more than 1,000,000 costumes this Halloween, making New Berlin the “Halloween capital of the world” according to Jalem Getz, the Company’s CEO.
